IQamar R1 Support Guide

1. Ring Not Connecting to the App

• Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
• Keep the ring within 1–2 meters during pairing
• Restart the app and try reconnecting
• If needed, reset the ring and pair again


2. Ring Not Charging

• Ensure the wireless charger is properly connected to power
• Place the ring correctly on the charging pad
• Clean the charging surface to remove dust or moisture
• Try a different power adapter if charging fails


3. Counter Not Responding

• Check if the ring battery is low
• Restart the ring by long-pressing the touch area
• Make sure your finger fully covers the touch sensor


4. Vibration Not Working

• Check vibration settings in the app
• Make sure vibration mode is enabled
• Restart the device if the issue continues


5. Reset the Ring

To reset the ring:
Press and hold the touch area for 8–10 seconds until the device restarts.
